Okay soooo, I've pulled the levers in each of the side rooms, returned to the kraken pool, climbed the wall to the beam and subsequent platforms. But, for the life of me I can't get on that stupid spiked circular platform!! Followed Stella's walkthrough and she says to "hop on the iron/metal beam" tried that and Lara just slips off and dies on the kraken. Urrrggggh so fed up of climbing that pigging wall! Can anyone shead a light please, I'd be everso greatful :-D Luv Lesley :-)

Silly question - but did you release the cog wheels before pulling the levers (use the grapple)? They don't operate anything unless you do - once you've pulled both fully just go out of the room through the openings into which the beams retract after pulling the levers - you're already in the room - you then just jump onto the central spiked bit - you only have to do this once as after you pull the second lever you jump over to the area above the Kraken, pull a third lever then shoot out the chains to drop the disc onto the Kraken

I ran into this prob. Reload an earlier save and try again. It worked for me.....

oh no ! your among the poor souls who own the ps2 version? i pitty you, i have it myself, NO JOKE IT'S THE WORST GAME I 'VE EVER PLAYED IN THE HISTORY OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!

this just one of many problems you'll face with this game, so i reccomend you trade it in for a ps3, xbox 360, or pc version.

I wish this would happen in real life :-]
