There ya have it. True TR fans honor Lara by playing the Playstation or PC versions.
Not that it ever was a PS exclusive. TR was always multiplatform though Lara was truly the face of Playstation 1.

Alright, so here's my overall review for GoL:

When I first heard that Crystal Dynamics were making a Lara Croft/Tomb Raider styled icon game I cringed. I cringed a lot. I did not like or want to accept the fact that we would be playing Lara in a heads on perspective. To be honest I was not looking forward to this game. Then I played it. My state of mind completely changed.
I found the environments in this game stunning. I loved exploring every corner, trying to find gems, artifacts, relics and weapons.
I loved how Crystal Dynamics re-used music and sound effects from previous games in the series. It just gave me my dose of nostalgia playing through the game.
The cut scenes could be better, but they are pretty amazing for a live arcade game. The control scheme took a while to get used to, but once I got used to them, I had no trouble at all.

I loved the inventory menu. It's a great addition. You can quickly equip your relics and weapons which is great for co op play.
I just loved this game. I found it a fun addition to the series and it's a shame that Crystal Dynamics is not going to make another Lara related Arcade entry.

Great review! Are you bummed then, that future plans for continuing this have been cancelled? Or are you satisfied with the one?

In a way I'm bummed that CD are not making another one, but then I am happy with just the one arcade game. I could tell CD but so much effort into GoL, but now they are full focus on the new TR reboot I feel that if we did get another Lara Arcade game, there would not be as much effort and focus put into the project because of CDs main focus on the TR series. If there were a follow up arcade game, I feel that it would not be as satisfying as GoL

The moment I heard about this I was excited and couldn't wait for and thank fully it didn't dissapoint.
Its fast paced and fun and the coop made it all the better. It's a game that can be enjoyed by all not just Tomb Raider fans. For instance my best friend did not like Tomb Raider at all but once we played this he had a whale of a time and actaully gained some respect for the Tomb Raider series and we had months of entertainment.
Its simple enough for anyone to play and has an added bonus of leaderboards for those true raiders out there looking to prove themselves! Also the game has alot of replability and thanks to DLC (Downloadble Content) it has extra challenge maps and extra characters to play through the story with.
All in all a brillant game and well worth playing!
