Now they have announced that later expansion packs for Guardian of Light will include other playable video game characters:

Who do you think the new characters will be? Well known characters from Eidos/Square? Final Fantasy characters?

Or is there a chance they will bring back Kurtis? He would make an interesting co-op character. He had unique weapons and abilities, flying discs, the ability to boost Lara's jumps, etc.

Seems very weird to me...shouldn't Lara at least stay since the title of the game includes her? :mellow:

Then again it's so far (from what I've seen - haven't played yet) from Lara that it wouldn't matter if they brought Hitman into it!

I think that Eidos may be wanting to attract a wide range of gamers for the new game. But I do see Katie's point. Why include several well known Eidos game characters in a Lara Croft titled game?

square love to do extra. especialy when it comes to final fantasy. Have you seen how much stuff there is to buy whent it comes to the FF series. Im surprised they have not released mwrchandise for Tomb Raider. They dont sell TR stuff on there online shop. Its all FF
