I am a Canadian <insert Canadian stereotype here> from the west coast; I am Vancouver Island folk. I have always known the Tomb Raider games, but truth be told, I am only getting through them now as I never had enough money to buy them when they first came out. In fact I am only at the Cistern in TR1! I have always loved them though, and I remember playing the bejesus out of demos 1 and 2 growing up. Later on, mom's boyfriend got a copy of the third one and chronicles (I've played the most into Chronicles).
I still have a couple of old PlayStation Magazine issues. One cheat book and one book talking all about Spyro 2 just before it came out (including an interview with Stewart Copeland -you know from the Police?- he did the music for Spyro 1 & 2), Lunar, and a Final Fantasy 8 walkthrough. What I find even more awesome is that I have a couple TR Ads in there! One for the Last Revelation, and one for gamespot, but with a huge bullet hole in the page and Lara staring out of it, and it says "In real life, Lara would blow the living $!@$% out of you. Real life sucks." If none of you have seen it, I might be able to scan it!
I am thrilled about TR: Anniversary (a little slow, I know)! I just transferred ten bucks into my Paypal to buy it. It's different when your computer is three years old
I am a musician, as well as an aspiring indie game developer. I do electronic music, as well as play bass. If you or somebody you know would like to get music done for a game, do let me know!
Oh and uh... Raid on!!
