I think 'Plymouth' is the registered home port of the Endurance, rather than a bit of product placement.

Good video I like the nit picking/looking for clues stage when a new TR game is being made. I think you're right about Lara's kit being picked up as she goes along as at first, from seeing some of the previous pics, I thought she'd made the bow herself, but going by the trailer and later pics the bow looks a bit fancy to me. Perhaps it's Mongolian/Chinese: it's got a bit of recurve and a decorative pattern on it. 
This could also fit in with the lost fleet.

Wow! After watching the your video I realised how much symbolism is contained within the trailer! Everything from Lara's tea mug to the ocean triangle and the lost fleet.
